RESOLVED:

That the minutes of the meeting held on 23 November 2011 be agreed as a correct record and signed by the chair.

That the minutes of the meeting held on 14 December 2011 be agreed as a correct record and signed by the chair, subject to the following change:

  Item 6.1’s resolution should state Abbey Street instead of Albany

     Street.
