That the non-profit events are
also subject to approval via the new process for permissioning community activities on this section
of the highway being developed by the Events and Network Management
teams and will only be able to take place if they meet the
requirements of Section 106 of the Highways Act, which restricts
the number of non-profit events that can take place each year in a
particular location.
-
That there may be further conditions imposed upon
the proposed event by the process that will permit the event to
take place under the terms of the Highways Act; these additional
conditions may include compliance with the LBS Outdoor Events
Policy, including the requirement to submit a separate Event
Application to LBS Events.
