-  That the non-profit events are also subject to approval via the new process for permissioning community activities on this section of the highway being developed by the Events and Network Management teams and will only be able to take place if they meet the requirements of Section 106 of the Highways Act, which restricts the number of non-profit events that can take place each year in a particular location.

 

-  That there may be further conditions imposed upon the proposed event by the process that will permit the event to take place under the terms of the Highways Act; these additional conditions may include compliance with the LBS Outdoor Events Policy, including the requirement to submit a separate Event Application to LBS Events.
