a)  Notes the changes to the procurement strategy since the original Gateway 1 procurement strategy report dated 8 July 2019, as further detailed in paragraph 4 approved by the Strategic Director of Housing and Modernisation for projects under the EU threshold for works of £4.5m for which procurements have commenced before May 2023.

 

b)  Notes that this scheme will be subsidised with grant funding from the Greater London Authority (GLA).

  ii.  Instructs officers to carry out the formal consultation procedure, as required by the Road Traffic Regulation Act (“RTRA”) 1984 and the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 (“1996 Regulations”), in order to implement the changes as part of the Blue Anchor Lane scheme.

2.  Instructs officers under delegated powers to advertise a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (TTRO) to retain the Melbourne Grove North traffic filter at the junction with Grove Vale.

 

3.  Revokes the Experimental Traffic Management Order (ETMO), implementable from 28th October 2021, to relocate the Melbourne Grove North traffic filter from the junction of Grove Vale to the junction of East Dulwich Grove.
