1. That the procurement strategy outlined in this report for the supply of electricity to quarterly billed sites be approved.
2. That the officer recommendation requesting retrospective approval not to follow contract standing orders requirement to obtain at least five tenders following a publicly advertised competitive tendering process (contract standing order 5.4) be agreed.
3. That the award of contract to EDF in the sum of £2,732.589 for a period of one year be approved.
