1. That the Highways and lighting investment programme for 2010 / 2011 as set out below and in the attached appendices be agreed
2. That the allocation of funding as set out in paragraphs 43 to 45 be agreed.
3. That the allocation of £0.8m and £0.6m to Community Councils for Highways and Lighting improvements respectively be agreed.
4. That the method of prioritising investment for 2010 / 2011 as set out in Appendix 3 be agreed.
