1. That the award of the East Peckham Renewal Area Group Repair Scheme to Saltash Enterprises Ltd in the total works sum of £1,353,032.70; fees of £71,400 from Appleyard & Trew plus £80,000 for grant funded insulation works giving a total estimated scheme cost of£1,504,432.70 be approved.
2. That the empowerment to approve the proposed contract award under the council’s Contract Standing Orders. However, in view of the scale of the project and its strategic nature, the Strategic Director has elected to refer this matter to the Cabinet Member for decision be noted.
