1. That the leader of the council, in the absence of the executive member for environment, approved the Environment and Ecology Commissioning Plan for 2010-11 attached as Appendix 1 to the report.
2. That it be agreed to approach solely the existing funded organisations for inclusion in the 2010-11 programme; and to review and the move to a wider commissioning plan for 2011-12.
