That:
1. The award of a contract to Seville Developments Limited for the provision of refurbishment works across three Traveller sites (Springtide, Brideale and Burnhill), following a closed tender process, for a total contract value of £853,824.17 (excluding VAT), with works forecast to commence in July 2026 and achieve Practical Completion by June 2027 be approved by the Strategic Director of Housing.
2. The inclusion of a contingency allowance, together with associated internal and external fees be noted by the Strategic Director of Housing.
3. That the total project sum £937,871.65, including the internal and external fees be noted by the Strategic Director of Housing.
