1.  That the director of planning & growth and the assistant director of property be authorized to grant a Lease of Bowley Close to Peter Bedford Housing Association (PBHA). 

 

2.  That the circumstances leading to the proposed letting, and the due diligence being undertaken by officers and their advisors be noted. 

 

3.  That the financial arrangements for the proposed Lease (in Closed report) be noted. 

 

4.  That it be delegated to the director of planning and growth and the assistant director of property, authority to: 

 

a)  Agree the detailed Lease terms, including the level of rent;  and

 

b)  Complete the Lease (leasing-out of the property).
