That:
1. The award of the Taplow (Aylesbury Estate) Void refurbishment contract and the provision for extension of services to Greyline Group Limited in the amount of £8,481,910.41 for a period of 60 weeks excluding VAT from December 2025 be approved by the Strategic Director of Housing.
2. The change in procurement strategy from using the Southeast Consortium Framework (SEC), as approved in the Gateway 1 (GW1), to the LHC Procurement Group Limited (LHC) RMS Refurbishment and Modernisation Framework Workstr4eam 5 (Multi-disciplinary works), Band 3 (£2.5m plus) which is due to the total value of the work and the inclusion of fire safety related works be noted by the Strategic Director of Housing.
