That the Strategic Director of Resources approves the variation of the  Pre-development Agreement (PDA) contract for Key Worker Housing (KWH) and community facility relating to land at 177 Abbey Street Bermondsey, London SE1, with Bouygues UK Ltd. (Bouygues UK), as set out in paragraph 8 of the report.
