That the Strategic Director of Housing approves the variation of the Door Entry and Warden Call contract with Silk and Mackman Services Ltd. to extend the term of the contract for an additional period of seven-months from 1 December 2025 to 30 June 2026 at an estimated additional sum of £646,000 making a total revised estimated contract value of £10.676m.
