That:
1. The School Street proposal details in the design drawing to this report and summarised in paragraph drawing to this report and summarised in paragraph 13 implemented by way of powers under the Highways Act 1980 (“1980 Act”), the Road Traffic Regulation Act (“1984 Act”), and orders made under 1984 Act, subject to the outcome of any necessary statutory consultation and procedures be approved by the Cabinet Member for Clean Air, Streets and Waste.
2. Officers make the necessary Traffic Management Orders (“TMOs”) in accordance with sections 6 and 124 of the 1984 Act subject to statutory consultation carried out pursuant to the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 (“1996 Regulations”) as instructed by the Cabinet Member for Clean Air, Streets and Waste.
3. Officers carry out the necessary statutory consultation for the proposed School Street at Ilderton Primary School in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all relevant statutory requirements as instructed by the Cabinet Member for Clean Air, Streets and Waste.
4. In the event objections to the Traffic Management Orders (TMOs) for the proposed School Street at Ilderton Primary Schoolare received following statutory consultation, it be noted a further report will be presented to the Cabinet Member for Clean Air, Streets and Waste for determination.
