That the Cabinet Member for Clean Air, Streets and Waste:
1. Approves changes to the times of operation of the bus lanes, the current times are set out in paragraph 9 of this report, to 24 hours seven days a week to reduce bus delays and increase timetable adherence.
2. Instructs Officers to prepare an order revising the existing bus lane traffic management order (TMO) pursuant to sections 6 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“1984 Act”) and the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) regulations 1996 (“1996 Regulations”).
