1. That the Strategic Director of Resources authorised the disposal of the Property’s freehold interest to the current leaseholder on the terms set out in the closed version of this report. The capital receipt to be earmarked for the Council’s Housing Investment programme.
2. That the Strategic Director of Resources authorised the Assistant Director of Property to carry out any further negotiations with the purchaser which may be required prior to completion of the transaction.
