That the Director of People & Organisational Development:
1. Approves the award of a works contract to OCS UK&I Limited (OCS). to refurbish the Queens Road 3 (QR3) office in the sum of £1,426,930commencing in October 2025 for a period of twelve weeks.
2. Notes that this is a direct award to OCS to deliver the refurbishment of the QR3 office.
3. Notes that OCS UK&I Limited will sub-contract the work to Stonegrove Ltd. (Stonegrove), their approved sub-contractor.
