That the Strategic Director of Housing:

1.  Approves the award of Contract A (Bermondsey, Rotherhithe, and Borough and Bankside contract areas) Voids and Temporary Accommodation Voids Works to Chas Berger Ltd. for the estimated sum of £2.95m per annum for a period of three years (£8.85m) from 28 November 2025 with the option to extend (in increments at the council’s sole discretion subject to performance) up to a further two years making a total estimated contract value £14.75m.

2.  Approves the award of Contract B (Peckham and Nunhead contract areas) Voids and Temporary Accommodation Voids Works to Greyline Group Ltd. for the estimated sum of £2.95m per annum for a period of three years (£8.85m) from 28 November 2025 with the option to extend (in increments at the council’s sole discretion subject to performance) up to a further two years making a total estimated contract value £14.75m.

3.  Approves the award of Contract C (Camberwell and Dulwich contract areas) Voids and Temporary Accommodation Voids Works to Higgins Partnerships 1961 PLC for the estimated sum of £2.95m per annum for a period of three years (£8.85m) from 28 November 2025 with the option to extend (in increments at the council’s sole discretion subject to performance) up to a further two years making a total estimated contract value £14.75m.

4.  Approves the award of Contract D (Walworth and temporary accommodation Out of Southwark contract areas) Voids and Temporary Accommodation Voids Works to Saltash Enterprises Ltd. for the estimated sum of £2.95m per annum for a period of three years (£8.85m) from 28 November 2025 with the option to extend (in increments at the council’s sole discretion subject to performance) up to a further two years making a total estimated contract value £14.75m.

5.  Notes that all four contractors will operate as a backup to each other in the event of a failure to deliver the service using their own tendered rates should this be required as detailed in paragraph of the report
