1.  That the disposal of the property’s freehold interest to the current leaseholder on the terms set out in the closed version of this report be authorised. The capital receipt to be earmarked for the council’s Housing Investment programme.

 

2.  That the Assistant Director - Property be authorized to carry out any further negotiations with the purchaser which may be required prior to completion of the transaction.
