1. That the Council disposes of this land (shown edged red on the plan at Appendix 1) subject to it being sold at a price that satisfies the Council’s statutory obligation to achieve market value.
2. That the Strategic Director of Resources authorises the Assistant Director of Property to determine the minimum price for which the land will be sold.
