1. That the outcome of the consultation exercises carried out in relation to the draft Walking Plan, the Cycling Plan and Electric Vehicle (“EV”) Plan be noted; and
2. That the adoption of the revised Walking Plan, the Cycling Plan and EV Plan at Appendix 1, 2, and 3 respectively be approved; and
3. That the proposed consultation on the Freight Plan, as noted in paragraphs 9 and 10 of the report be approved.
