Approves the variation to the professional services appointment of Calfordseaden LLP as the employer’s agent (EA) for an additional value of £647,425.46 (76% increase) which includes all RIBA phases from stage 2 through to stage 7 of the Ledbury Estate redevelopment, making a revised total contract value of £1,495,425.46 for the period up to March 2030, an additional two years after the original appointment.
