That the Assistant Chief Executive – Governance and Assurance approves the council’s use of the London Borough Legal Alliance (LBLA) newly procured barrister framework, to provide barrister services to the council for a period of three years commencing 1 January 2024, with an option to extend for a further year, with an estimated annual value of £875,000 and an estimated total value (for the full four year period) of £3,500,000.
