That the Strategic Director of Children and Adults on behalf of the Strategic Director of Housing:
1. Approves the award of the Maydew House Demolition contract to Erith Contractors Ltd in the sum of £2,349,689, commencing April 2024 for a period of 55 weeks.
2. Notes the total scheme cost including professional fees, development costs and contingency contained in the closed version of this report.
