1. That the use of £203,124 for 25 providers identified for the Winter of Food and Fun Holiday Programme as part of the Holiday Activities and Food programme for 2023, set out in Appendix 1 of the report, be approved.
2. That the use of the remaining £21,500 of the winter grants budget to support providers to make places available for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities be approved.
