That the award of the Annual Licence, Maintenance and Hosting for the Social Care Case Management Systems Mosaic to Access UK LTD for an annual amount of £287,090 per annum £1.14m for a period of two years and two optional one year (1+1) extensions be approved by the Strategic Director of Children and Adult Services.
