That it be agreed that the Strategic Director of Children and Adult Services on behalf of the Strategic Director of Housing approves the variation of the communal ventilation replacement contract to Ductclean UK Ltd t/a DCUK FM to extend the term of the contract for a period of one year from 1 November 2023 to 31 October 2024 (as further detailed in paragraph 9) at an estimated additional cost of £638k making a total revised estimated contract value of £3.573m.
