1. That the implementation of the Walworth Streets for People improvements on Browning Street, as shown in Appendix 1 of the report, be approved, subject to statutory requirements.
2. That the outcome of the public consultations (Appendices 2 and 3 of the report) be considered.
3. That officers be instructed to proceed to detailed design and statutory consultation.
4. That it be noted that should any objections be received during statutory consultation that officers are unable to resolve so that they are withdrawn then a further report will be presented to the cabinet member for determination of the objections.
