That:
1. The council’s participation in an extension of the Pan London e-scooter trial and any further subsequent trials should they occur up until 31st May 2024 be approved by the Cabinet Member for Leisure, Parks, Streets and Clean Air.
2. The proposal to trial e-bikes in the borough until 31st May 2024 through entering a memorandum of understanding with each operator of e-bikes be approved by the Cabinet Member for Leisure, Parks, Streets and Clean Air.
