1. That the award of the Congreve Estate QHIP Phase 1 2021/2022 call-off contract via a mini-competition from the major works constructor framework to Architectural Decorators Ltd for a period of 40 weeks from 30 March 2022 for the sum of £1,837,465.08 be approved by the Director of Housing and Modernisation.
2. That the cost of works and contractor design fees at £1,837,465.08 plus a 5% risk contingency fund of £91,873 and fees of £138,866 making the total cost of this scheme £2,068,204 be noted by the Strategic Director of Housing and Modernisation.
