1. That the award of the Nelson Square Gardens Phase 2 QHIP 2020/2021 call-off contract via a mini-competition from the major works constructor framework to Standage & Co. Ltd for a period of 40 weeks for the sum of £2,223,950 be approved.
2. That cost of works and contractor design fees is £2,223,950 plus a 5% risk contingency fund of £111,198 and fees of £154,293 making the total cost of this scheme £2,489,441 be noted.
