02/07/2021 - GW2 - Approval for the procurement of Fenham Road Contract works

 

1.   That the award of a works contract for Fenham Road to Bonds Builders and Contractors Ltd for the contract sum of £1,302,581 commencing from 15 December 2021 for a period of 52 weeks be approved.

 

2.   That the total scheme cost of £1,626,333 which includes associated on-costs and a contingency sum as noted in the closed report be noted.
