1. That the extension of the property and related insurances contract with Zurich Insurance plc, trading as Zurich Municipal (ZM), for a period of up to five years with effect from 1 October 2020 with an estimated annual value of £1,500,000 up to a total estimated maximum extension value of £7,500,000 be approved.
2. That it be considered and approved as appropriate any changes to the insurance coverage that may be offered.
3. That it be noted that the contract will be extended by way of deed of variation to the original contract.
