1. That the consultation responses received (Appendix A of the report) in respect of the application from the Herne Hill Forum (HHF) to designate the applied-for portion of the Neighbourhood Area proposed for Herne Hill (Appendix C of the report) as it applies to LB Southwark be noted.
2. That the area applied for (detailed in Appendix C of the report, specifically the areas shown edged red on the map in Appendix D), proposed by the HHF be designated as a Neighbourhood Area for the reasons set out in the Herne Hill Forum neighbourhood area application, the report to which this decision relates, consultation responses received on the area application and the late representations received on the recommendations set out in the report.
3. That the recommendation to designate the area as it applies to LB Southwark shown edged in purple on the map in Appendix E (referred to in the report as the Revised Area) be declined.

2. That the area applied for (appendix C and specifically the areas shown edged red on the map in Appendix D),proposed by the HHF as a Neighbourhood Area be designated for the reasons set out in paragraphs 35-40 of this report.
3. That the area as it applies to LB Southwark showed edged in purple on the map in Appendix E (referred to in this report as the Revised Area) be designated as the appropriate Neighbourhood Area, for the reasons set out in paragraphs 42.
