1. That the procurement strategy for the provision of materials, for traded services through the use of the Petrium third party framework agreement for the period 1st December 2016 until 31st December 2017 up to a value of £1.8 million, be approved.
2. That the joining / consultancy fees of up to £3,000 be approved.
