1. That the award of a contract for the refurbishment of Southwark Athletics Centre to Sports and Leisure Management (SLM) at a contract sum totalling £1,544,630 for a period of 24 weeks commencing on 20 February 2017 be approved.
2. That the allocation of a project contingency totalling £36,597 which will be held within the capital project budget be approved.
