That the award of the revenues and benefits processing resilience service to Capita Business Services Ltd be approved by the strategic director of finance and governance. The contract is for a period of two years from 1 April 2016 to 31 March 2018 and contains an option to extend for a further one year. The total contract value including the extension period is £1.9m.
