1. That the award of the main works contract at Charles Dickens Primary School to Morgan Sindall Construction and Infrastructure Ltd. (Morgan Sindall) based on JCT 2011 design and build contract with the council’s standard amendments for a period of 53 calendar weeks commencing on 16 January 2017 and completing on 24 January 2018, for a total contract value of £4,076,379 be approved.
2. That a contingency sum for the main contract as set out in the closed report that fits within the total project budget be approved.
