RESOLVED:
The Cabinet Member:
1. Approved the Southwark Regeneration in Partnership Programme sites as listed in paragraph 15 for packaging and tendering as Lot A and Lot B, and noted the short list of bidders to be invited to tender as set out in the accompanying closed report.
2. Approved the tenure mix indicated for Lot A and Lot B as described in the closed report.
3. Noted the outcome of the financial appraisal as outlined in the closed report.
