1. That the award of the garage minor works and maintenance contract to PRB Estates Ltd. in the estimated sum of £1,000,000 per annum for a period of 4 years giving a total estimated contract value of £4,000,000, be approved.
2. That as per paragraph 40 of the report a contingency budget of £100,000 has been allowed for technical and other related costs, giving a total scheme value of £4,100,00.
