1. That the award of a contract to Galliford Try, subject to the financial implications for the council to the value disclosed in the closed report, for scaffolding, roof and window repairs, and associated works at Phoenix School, Marlborough Grove, ahead of proposed main contract works, be approved.
2. That the enabling works will be commenced in November 2016 for a period of 20 weeks.
