That the cabinet member for finance, modernisation and performance approves the procurement strategy outlined in this report for a barrister framework serving Lambeth and Southwark (and other boroughs) for a period of 4 years from 1 May 2016 at an estimated cost (for Southwark) of £6m for the 4 year period.
