That the award of the property insurance contract, following single supplier negotiations, to Zurich Municipal (ZMI) in the sum of £1,277,383 per annum for a period of 2 years plus option to extend for a further year making a total contract value of £3,832,149 starting from the 1 October 2015 be approved.
