That the appointment of Fusion Lifestyle Ltd. (Fusion), for the management of The Castle for a period of eleven and a half months commencing on 1 July 2015 and ending on 20 June 2016 be agreed. The award of this contract will be effected by way of a deed of variation to the current leisure management agreement.
