That the chief executive approves:
1. The award of the main works contract for the general needs housing at the Clifton Estate garage site, off Clayton Road, SE15, to Geoffrey Osborne Ltd, in a sum of £3,056,859 for a contract period of 51 calendar weeks commencing on 26 January 2015 (excludes 4 weeks’ mobilisation period starting from 16 December 2014); and
2. A provisional allowance for an anticipated design fee claim in the sum of £60,000 for the main works contract (sum excluded under paragraph 1, see paragraph 26), settlement of which will be subject to a further report.
