1. That the prior approval of the procurement strategy outlined in the report for the Dickens Estate Warm, Dry and Safe contract be formalised.
2. That the award of the Dickens Estate Warm, Dry and Safe works contract to Standage & Co. Ltd in the sum of £2,631,488.20 for a period of 42 weeks be approved.
