19/12/2014 - Gateway 2 - Contract award: Approval direct housing delivery – Proposed new build extra care housing at Cator St, SE15 – Appointment of contractor for main construction works

That the Chief Executive approves:

 

1.  The award of the main works contract for the extra care houjsing at Cator Street, SE15, to Geoffrey Osborne Lrd, at a sum of £9,947,211 for a contract period of 84 calendar weeks commencing on 26 January 2015 (expludes 4-week mobilisation period starting from 17 December 2014); and

 

2.  A provisional allowance for an aticipated design fee claim un the sum of £315,000 for the main works contract (sum excluded under paragraph 1, see paragraph 26), settlement of which will be subject to a further report.
