1. That the proposed 2014/2015 Tenant Fund budget as summarised in Appendix 1 following consultation with the Tenant Fund Management Committee (TFMC) and Tenant Council (TC) be approved.
2. That the funding of £238,000 recommended for Southwark Group of Tenants Organisations (SGTO) subject to SGTO signed acceptance of the Council’s Standard Conditions of Funding (COGF), an agreed specification with clear outcomes and performance monitoring of these outcomes be noted.
