That the funding recommendations for voluntary sector organisations delivering services under the Community Capacity programme for 2013/14 as set out in Appendix 1 of the report be agreed with the exception that in respect of the Southwark Refugee Project, the recommendation not to fund be overturned and an allocation of £30,000 be made to the organisation for 2013/14.
The above decision is subject to Council Assembly agreeing this level of budget on 27 February 2013.
