1. That the change of direction in the approach to the Hidden Homes Programme as outlined in paragraph 20 is agreed
2. That an additional allocation of £105,000 from the Housing Investment Programme (HIP) is agreed and funding from the Affordable Housing Fund is sought to deliver future Hidden Homes sites, subject to approval from Planning Committee is agreed.
